How early should I schedule pickup for an SFO flight?

For domestic departures we recommend a pickup that has you at SFO 2 hours before takeoff; for international, 3 hours. From Burlingame that usually means leaving 30–40 minutes before the target arrival. Our dispatch monitors live traffic and adjusts pickup time proactively when needed.

Do you offer meet-and-greet inside the terminal?

Yes. On request, your chauffeur will park, meet you inside baggage claim with a name sign, and assist with luggage. Standard curbside pickup at arrivals is included at no extra charge; inside meet-and-greet is a flat add-on.

How does hourly service differ from point-to-point?

Point-to-point is a flat rate between two addresses. Hourly (as-directed) reserves a chauffeur and vehicle for a block of time — ideal for roadshows, wine tours, wedding day service, or multi-stop nights out. Two-hour minimum on hourly bookings.

Do you track flights automatically?

Yes. Every airport pickup is tied to your flight number. We adjust for early arrivals, delays, and gate changes automatically, and we include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands for international and 30 minutes for domestic.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedan and SUV reservations can be cancelled free up to 4 hours before pickup. Sprinter vans, weddings, hourly bookings over 4 hours, and out-of-town trips have longer notice windows — details are shown at booking and on your confirmation.

Are child seats available?

Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats are available on request. Please add the child's age and weight to the reservation notes so we install the correct seat.

What areas do you cover?

Our home base is Burlingame, California. Regular coverage includes San Francisco, the entire Peninsula, Silicon Valley (Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose), the East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley), Marin County, and Napa/Sonoma for wine tours. SFO, OAK, and SJC airport transfers 24/7.

How many passengers can you accommodate?

Sedans seat up to 3 passengers with luggage. Full-size SUVs (Escalade, Suburban) seat 6–7. Executive Sprinter vans seat up to 14. For groups larger than 14 we coordinate multiple vehicles on a single dispatch — contact us for a group quote.

How do payments work?

We accept all major credit cards. A card is required to hold the reservation; final charges are settled after the ride and emailed as a receipt. Corporate accounts and monthly billing are available for regular clients.

Can I book a chauffeur for a full day or multiple days?
